Raised by One Tree Ranching in Patricia, Alberta, our Longhorn beef is provincially inspected and processed at Ben’s Quality Meats. The beef hangs for 14 days, and our steaks are aged for 28 days. Every cut is vacuum sealed and frozen before arriving at OTR—ready for your freezer.
